We help students build the skills, strategies, and confidence by teaching them how to learn, not just what to learn. From middle school through adulthood, we provide individualized executive functioning support and subject tutoring for students with diverse learning needs through a brain-based, student-centered approach.
Regardless of the reason tutoring is warranted, there will be at least two sets of eyes on your child's progress: your tutor, and a neuropsychologist. Additionally, MindMap tutors share and have access to instructional resources. While your child's tutor will always be "your person," MindMap clients benefit from the instructional rolodex of us all.
Our signature service focuses on strengthening executive functioning—the brain skills responsible for organization, time management, focus, and follow-through. We work with middle schoolers through adults to build practical strategies that make learning, planning, and daily responsibilities feel manageable and sustainable.

A foundational part of our work, this service is designed for students with ADHD, specific learning disorders, and autism spectrum profiles. We use individualized, brain-based strategies to help diverse learners find approaches that make learning click and create lasting growth.

Targeted, one-on-one support in reading, math, writing, and select specialty subjects—including Latin, Music Theory, and AP Psychology—tailored to each student’s level from elementary school through college.
